I've spent the last 15+ years of my life working to improve the schooling system and experience for students. I hold a BA in Liberal Studies, MA in Admin, Two credentials, an HR Graduate Certificate and Educational Doctorate. I've held the following positions across three districts; Teacher, Vice Principal, Instructional Data Specialist, Director of State & Federal Programs, Director of Support Services and Director of School Resources & Support. I have been blessed with the opportunity of the years to attend many trainings and build a knowledge base that I know what to use to help others in the field.
